SumProject, in collaboration with Bureau B+B Stedebouw en Landschapsarchitectuur, is selected as one of the four design teams for Master-plan 'De Leet’. The Master-plan is part of Open Call 31 from ‘Team Vlaams Bouwmeester’.

The urban renewal focuses on the redesign of the surroundings of ‘De Leet’ to form a modern, green central point in the city. The project will include a master-plan/visual quality plans with a draft design plan for the urban renewal of ‘De Leet’ and its surroundings.

SumProject, in samenwerking met het Amsterdamse Bureau B+B Stedebouw en Landschapsarchitectuur, is een van de vier laureaten voor de opmaak van het Masterplan De Leet in Ieper. Dit masterplan kadert in de Open Oproep 31 van het Team Vlaams Bouwmeester.

Concreet vraagt de stad Ieper, onder leiding van de Vlaams Bouwmeester, een aanzet van inrichtingsplan voor 'de Leet en omgeving’ in Ieper. Een mooi project, gelegen naast de Grote Markt die destijds werd heraangelegd door Groep Planning. Een context waar Sum in thuis is!
