After completing the first building (Block A) which contains 38 apartments with large terraces and stunning views on the park side, we started the construction of Block B. This second building has 28 units and creates an access to the first two urban villa’s.

The construction is built on pillars, which creates space for parking lots underneath. Taking advantage of the slope, the parking lots are visually hidden from the street. The facades are cladded with natural stone to reinforce the high-end character of the development and to improve the integration with the natural surroundings of the park.

Nova Rode is a unique housing project in a peaceful green environment located in the centre of Sint-Genesius-Rode, just a stone’s throw from the centre of Brussels.
