We received great news from the Heritage Agency of the Flemish Government. The heritage management plan for the ‘Beguinage’ of Lier (part of the serial nomination of the Beguinages as UNESCO World Heritage) has been approved. The management plan will soon be published online.

SumResearch, in collaboration with B. Van der Wee Architects, developed this management plan in close interaction with the 'OCMW Lier', 'Kerkfabriek Sint-Gummarus', 'Stad Lier' and the inhabitants of the Beguinage.
